One paid tier remains, Designer, for people who want to build their own soundsets. If you have a Plus or Pro subscription, it becomes Designer once you update, at no extra charge.

Is the PlantWave App Free?
Yes. Clip PlantWave to a leaf, open the app, and your plant plays through every soundset we have made. Here is what every owner gets free in the iOS app:

What Designer Adds
The free app gives you every soundset. Designer opens up the soundset itself. Build a soundset from scratch or start with one of ours. Choose and edit the instruments in each voice. Set advanced scaling and master effects. Run Multimode to let more than one plant play at once. Designer starts with a free trial, and you can cancel any time. It is available on iOS.
If You Have a Plus or Pro Subscription
Once you update, your subscription becomes Designer at no extra charge, and your billing continues as before. Pro subscribers keep everything they had under the new name. If you cancel, you keep everything in the free app, and Designer ends when your current period does. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store settings.
Why We Made This Change
PlantWave is an experience that is continuously being upgraded and evolved. We want everyone who owns one to hear every soundset with their own plant, from the first day. A subscription standing between a plant and its full range was in the way of that.
