Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of the organizer or its partners are not eligible to participate.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
2. How to Enter
Participants must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement to enter.
The giveaway entry period begins on January 9, 2025 and ends on January 16, 2025, 11:59 PM PST.
Late entries will not be accepted.
3. Prize Details
One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
One (1) PlantWave device.
A three-day, two-night stay for up to six (6) guests at the Salishan Coastal Lodge in Oregon.
The stay includes accommodations only. Airfare and transportation to and from the Salishan Coastal Lodge are not included.
The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $1500-1800.
4. Prize Restrictions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold, or substituted for cash or other alternatives.
The stay at the Salishan Coastal Lodge is subject to availability and must be booked by 7/16/2025 and completed by 7/16/2025. Blackout dates may apply.
The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses, including but not limited to meals, incidentals, or travel costs beyond the stated prize.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) business days of the giveaway’s closing date.
If the winner does not respond within two (2) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow the organizer to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
By entering, participants are agreeing to receive promotional emails from Data Garden and SCP.
7. Limitation of Liability
The organizer is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the stay at the Salishan Coastal Lodge or any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
8. Disqualification
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or disrupts the giveaway’s integrity.
9. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in CA.
10. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by SCP. This giveaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Tiktok.
11. Acceptance of Terms
